The Host Hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn, 7226 Corporate Court, Frederick, MD 21703. Reservations can be made online using this personal link. We encourage you to make your reservation now, since we only have a limited number of rooms available in our room block. There is no downside or risk in doing this, as you won’t get charged until checkout and you may cancel up to 48 hours before arrival with no penalty.

Our annual Cars and Pride Car Show is a fun three days of excitement!

Our diverse schedule is sure to entertain both those that are car crazy and their partners as well. Held in conjunction with Frederick Pride in Frederick, MD -- one of the DMV's largest LGBT+ festivals -- along the beautiful Carroll Creek Park.

With three registration options our event is very respectful of everyone's budget and busy schedules.

All types of cars and drivers are welcome at this event!

We recognize that LCCI National has chosen the dates of our annual Cars & Pride Invitational for their Grand Invitational in Chicago, Il. We hope that those who are staying local will come out in force and help represent Tri-Valley Region Lambda Car Club in Frederick, MD!

Sunday Funday Activity: Member Vehicle Test Drive

EVENT DETAILS

We will start our weekend at 12:30pm with a Downtown Frederick Scavenger Hunt. We will meet at Attaboy Beer (400 Sagner Ave, Frederick, MD) at 12:30pm to form teams for a 1-hour long Scavenger Hunt of Downtown Frederick (arrive early to enjoy lunch from one of the food trucks). Once the teams are back at Attaboy Beer the scores will be tallied and a winning team celebrated. After the scavenger hunt participants can enjoy free-time at the brewery, explore more of Downtown Frederick, or go to the hotel to check-in.

Friday Night we will regather at the Fourth Dimension Fun Center (4725 Arcadia Dr, Frederick, MD) at 6:30pm, just two miles south of the host hotel, where we will have a Bowling and Pizza Party for our guests. Come Strike Up Some Fun! -OR- New this year, Frederick Pride is hosting a Pride Parade through downtown Frederick at 7pm. You can choose to drive your vehicle in the parade representing LCCI or cheer on the parade from the sidewalk.

Saturday is SHOW DAY! Our Invitational Car Show will be hosted downtown at the MARC Train Station next to Carroll Creek Park. This beautiful park spanning more than a mile through the heart of hip and historic downtown Frederick is host to Frederick Pride festival, largest Pride Festival in Maryland, and we will be able to enjoy their entertainment, vendors, and spectators.

Returning this year we will have two Best of Show awards, one for classics and one for modern vehicles. We will have 14 multiple award categories that will guarantee everyone has an equal chance at going home with something shiny. Lunch will be a premium box lunch that we can enjoy in the shaded grassy area behind our cars, so bring your favorite folding chair and shade tent.

After the show we will gather at Manalú, an Italian Restaurant within walking distance from the hotel, for an Awards Party.

Sunday we will end things with a Vehicle Test Drive. Ever want to drive another member's car? You put your keys in a dish and pull out someone else's key and take their car for a parking lot spin. This activity is voluntary and you must offer your vehicle to participate. The vehicle owner will be in the passenger seat to oversee operations. Then members can head home on their own schedule.

There are THREE different registration options available. You can enjoy the full three-day event for $135, or you can choose to only participate in the Saturday Events Only for $100, or if you just want to join us for the Cars & Pride Show and Lunch that option is $25. Your Tri-Valley Team has worked hard to keep the pricing low and are very happy to offer registration this year with no price increases.
